Geektrust has been built over ten years by people who’ve grown alongside it. Geektrust has grown through the people who’ve stayed, stretched, and stepped into new roles over time.

Meet our founders
Our story mirrors geektrust itself. We’re a group of believers who left our (relatively) plum jobs to bootstrap the company around a simple idea: hire technologists for real skills, not resumes. That belief hasn’t changed. What began with 5 small startups has now helped 700+ companies hire 1000s of great technologists.

Rostow Ravanan
Investor
Alumnus of Harvard Business School and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, led Mindtree’s efforts to be a socially responsible company and their successful IPO in 2007 as CFO, going on to become CEO and MD of Mindtree, Rostow is currently on the board of Infilect and Voiro and is committed to building the future of cyber security as Chairman and CEO at Alfahive Inc.
Madhav Nair
Investor
Having led platform, quality, and tooling infrastructure teams at Wayfair, and Toast, and having served as VP of Engineering for QuickBooks at Intuit, Madhav is a software engineering leader with over twenty-six years of experience building products at scale and in his last stint, was CTO at Employ, leading a product team building people-first, AI backed recruiting solutions.
Krishnakumar Natarajan
Investor
Co-founded Mindtree in 1999, was Chief Executive of Wipro ecommerce and finance division, served as Chairman at NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation, and is currently Managing Partner at Mela Ventures and is also an active member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and non-executive Director of CDC.
